Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks’ website is directed for use by adults. Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. Those under age 18 should not use Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks’ website or provide Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks with any personal information.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make donations, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Information automatically collected

Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks does not publish the names of individual donors in its Annual Report, nor publish the names of individual donors on its website or social media channels without express consent of the donor.

4. DOES UNITY PROJECT | UP SANTA SACKS SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We do not sell or rent your personal information to non-affiliated third parties except as permitted by law.
