Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks’ website is directed for use by adults. Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. Those under age 18 should not use Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks’ website or provide Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks with any personal information.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make donations, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Website.

Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks does not publish the names of individual donors in its Annual Report, nor publish the names of individual donors on its website or social media channels without express consent of the donor.

4. DOES UNITY PROJECT | UP SANTA SACKS SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We do not sell or rent your personal information to non-affiliated third parties except as permitted by law. However, in the event of a sale of all or substantially all of our organization or another similar transaction, we may transfer or disclose your personal information to a purchaser or prospective purchaser, who may collect, use and disclose such information for the purposes of evaluating the proposed transaction or operating and managing the affairs of the acquired business, or for other purposes identified in this Policy.

Unity Project | UP Santa Sacks will provide notifications only to those customers who accept to receive such notifications.
